Postage and Delivery

All orders OVER £40 are delivered FREE in the UK via royal mail first class signed for service. Orders UNDER £40 are delivered at your chosen rate of Royal mail postage. We do not make any money on the postage rates. 

We use Royal Mail on all orders

Most orders placed before 12 pm(midday) are dispatched the same day, orders placed after this will be dispatched the following day. Please note we do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays.

Once you receive dispatch confirmation your order is in the hands of Royal Mail so you may receive your order the next day or up to a week later. If your order has not arrived in 5 working days please contact us. 

We can post international at a flat rate of £8.50 for orders under £50, orders over £50* are delivered at a discounted rate of £6.50. This is automatically added at the check out. If your country is not in our list of postal regions please contact us.

*International orders over £100 may incur a added charge due to weight and customs charges, please contact us before placing your order.
